At Highland Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
